The radio web site, was updated today to cater for more mobile device viewing.
The changing standards of the internet are reflected in the new web site posted today. Now compliant with HTML5 and CSS standards this new version is tailored to mobile device users. Measured against Google's mobility rating, pages now measure between 95% and 99% user experience, which in simple terms means it's nice and easy to view on your mobile device. This is good news for the radio station as that's how we are able to deliver our service.

January 2015
In late 2009 the league of friends radio service was advised that the building which it occupied would be part of the site which was no longer required in addition as the hospital made cuts to services, the radio service decided to suspend all recruitment of volunteers until a firm decision as to what service or facilities would be available.
The league has reviewed it's position on new volunteers and cannot see any change from it's earlier decision.
Volunteer recruitment is still suspended until further notice.
2015 was a very busy year for the station management and as the year unfolded there was much to do and organise
